Climate
Singapore has an equatorial climate and is warm and humid all year round. Rain falls throughout the year, with more consistent rain coming during the monsoon season from November to January. Showers are usually sudden and heavy, but also brief and refreshing. Average daily temperature is between 25ºC to 31.5ºC.

Attire
Casual attire in the form of loose and light summer clothing, preferably natural fabrics, and lowheeled walking shoes are recommended for most daytime activities. Light and summer clothing made from natural fabrics like cotton is best for everyday wear. Casual dress is acceptable for most situations and occasions but some establishments may require a more formal dress code. It is always advisable to check beforehand on dress regulations, if any.
